Di7's are about £250, Ci6's about £185, both 4-SW.

But what about the issue with the sole? Is this of major concern? I have heard about people thinning lots of shots on hard fairways with wide sole game improvement irons? Is there anything comparable with the Ci6 for around £250?

When the pro checked me for custom fitting, he said my height was no problem as most clubs are designed for a chap 5'10" to 6'. He then put some Ping tape on the sole and got me to hit a shot off of a board. This scuffed the tape between 2 lines, which he said mean't the lie was ok. A scuff...
