Golf Things That Gladden The Heart
Amazing what a bit of wind and a few dry days does to a course. Preferred lies but not needed today!

Ours is £80 for 12 months, fortnightly collection, which I am happy with. Use it a lot and saves me lugging it all up to the tip.

When I lived in West London in the 70's Loftus Road was the place to be every other Saturday afternoon. QPR was a brilliant attacking team led by the incomparable Stan Bowles. RIP.

Scone
I'm not bothered about what it is called as long as it has butter, jam and cream on it. My wife thinks I have no class!

A great way to end the year, the mighty Spurs back on track with three points and the Gooners losing again! A Happy New Year to everyone!

New Year's Day.
Social golf only, 15 slots filled so far. It was 18 temps and carry only today, if it is the same tomorrow there will be several withdrawals.

When did you last play?
Played 18 holes yesterday on main greens. All our bunkers are GUR as the greenstaff have been busy remodelling bunkers on three holes.
