I didn't mean play golf within two weeks of surgery but rather having the feeling that the surgery went well giving me mental reassurance that all will be well in the end.
A bit of a quandary for me on membership renewal. It is due on 1st May and is over £1,500. Unfortunately I am having knee replacement surgery in ten days time so I am hoping that I get a positive result in terms of mobility within the first couple of weeks allowing me to pay up.
My 7 year old grandson plays for a local club with teams from 6 to 16. I go to most of his matches and although the coaches shout instructions the kids just enjoy running around, doing Palmer/Ronaldo celebrations and wanting to be player of the match. Long may it continue.
I have arthritis in my right elbow and both knees but it doesn't prevent me from playing golf. Having a total left knee replacement next month and my only concern is how long it will be before I can play 18 holes again!
Strangely enough my screen cracked over the weekend with no interference from me. The question is can I be bothered to replace it as it probably won't be cheap.
I have a similar issue with tv remote. The volume has to end with a 5 or a 0 even to the point of telling my wife to adjust it accordingly. She thinks I am an obsessive about a lot of other things too.
