    £1,620 at mine due in April, a £75 increase on last year. Newly introduced, £1,470 to 80 year olds with minimum of 20 years membership. Graded discounts for younger members ranging from under 26 at £720 to £1,342 under 36. Juniors etc much cheaper.

    We lost a few members to ESN a couple of years back. They were only there a year as in winter the championship course in particular was nigh on unplayable.

    As a birthday treat I was bought a tour of the new Spurs stadium and the host was Martin Chivers, what an absolute gentleman. He was a great player and I will always remember his goal against Wolves in one of the European finals. RIP big man.
