Every town and village in the Scottish Borders Council area are 20mph zones, you can drive for miles to pass through the 'bigger' towns as they start well outside some of them, doesn't bother me too much but strikes me as a bit overkill

Yeah my very first h'cap at 13 years old was 8, back in the day, in 1971, under the h'cap system in place that's what my 3 cards i handed in gave me, that's the highest I've ever been, my current hi of 7.6 is the closest I have ever been to it.
