At 18 Johnson hit his approach in the water then pitched in from the drop zone only for Woods to then get it up and down from the bunker

I think the shot when Johnson pitched in took its toll on Tiger in the end, that was one hell of a body blow. Just goes to show its not over until its over.

To be fair, something that is often said about Tiger, in fact, it is sometimes used as a criticism of him, is that he wins most of his events on the same courses, Mark Roe last night described him as a "Horses for Courses" type golfer. that being the case, and given that he has won on 3 of the 4 major courses for next year, you would think his chances of winning would increase.
That being said, it is far from a forgone conclusion that he will win any, but you can see why people think he has a better chance of winning one next year.
I actually thought Roe was going to explode to an orgasmic crescendo last night while talking about Tiger then I thought he was going to weep when he lost.
His love for him is unbelievable so much so he told us all that at the 1st bunker shot both his feet were "splayed outside the bunker" even though in reality only one was outside the bunker and it really was not as hard a shot as he painted.
Tiger's inability to hit fairways is incredible for a man as talented as he is.

He hit 36 out of 42 fairways on the 1st 3 days - geez Id hate to drive it that bad lol
