Not sure about you folks but when I've got a quiet five mins I've started to getting right into the habit of having a scan through my YT subscriptions which are Predominantly golf related of course! Some decent stuff and some utter tosh....
Feel free to add to this but here's a few I can be found smirking at (that's what I'm calling it) when the wife's watching Cra.. Rubbish on TV, starting of course where else but with our very own Golf Monthly channel...
Golf Monthly (wonderful gear reviews etc)
Golf Digest - Shanked (Golf Related Pranks)
Rick Shiels - (Gear reviews, advice and weekly General Golf chat)
Mark Crossfield (Gear reviews , instruction course vlogs)
Me and my golf ( Gear reviews lots of instruction vlogs)
GolfAlot (gear reviews)

All the manufacturers are on too, all worth keeping an eye on if your like me and these dark winter nights are torture in the house.

My pro hates U-Tube his perspective is that it ruins more swings through incorrect self diagnosis than it is worth. Personally I have no issues with it as it can help people understand the fundamentals

I watch quite a few. Mainly shiels, finch and crossfield vids, but its mainly the course v logs and equipment reviews i prefer.

Thanks! I'm definitely also one of those people who, when bored, will go check stuff out on youtube.
Hadn't heard of the last one - will check it out.
I also keep up with Peter Finch Golf Channel on youtube - has some interesting tips and advice.

rick shiels and crossfield probably do the better equipment reviews out there.

The magazines reviews are very generic and almost template form and certainly nothing even remotely negative (gotta keep the advertisers happy understandably).

Instruction wise I dont watch one person but look for the issue first and find a few interesting perspectives on a solution. the_coach posts many decent instruction video.

Not sure how objective Crossfield is these days. Think now he seems to have more tie ins visiting manufactuers HQ's and tour vans he seems to be less critical than he use to be and much more bland and generic. I understand why he has gone down that road in the same way as GM will never slaughter a product and to be fair there's not that much crap the top end producers put out. It's always a general over view and it's always down to each golfer to decide if they want to hit it or not
