Had nightmare start, 3 off the tee on the first and and shocking front 9 despite a birdie on SI 2 for the first time in medal play in 2 seasons. NR at 16 where I couldn't find my ball and the tee was backed up a bit for me to go back so as no score n the go there was no point. Up 0.1 to 15.3

Shot a 76 for 38 points today. Including a blob... Bunker play an issue. Again.

Greensomes on Saturday, foursomes today. It was ugly. No great surprise really. Any golfing talent myself or my partner ever had abandoned us early doors. Not good.

Had a solid enough round, playing v par today first time in a long time and finished +2 so should have at least a 0.4 cut maybe more if css moves. Sees me safely down to 9.0 minimum

Absolutely mince..

I was 2 over par going to the 4th hole. Then lost 3 balls of the 4 tee into what could only be described as mega rough. It was past knee height. Ended up getting a 13.

Then on the 8th my ball took and nice bounce of the fairway and rolled I to what I thought was the first cut of rough. Whe I got up to where I thought it was it was more like second cut of rough and bye bye pro v1

the greens were awful, very patchy and were very long cut so every put was a good wack.

yesterday rained off, today at away course shot 75 (its a par 66) with a 7 on the card and also a two stroke penalty for putting out one of my playing partners ball. o how I laughed as I was 2 over going through 12. happy daze:rofl:

Won our June Medal with a 6 under h'cap - and CSS was SS+2 so 8 under CSS - well chuffed - and as always it really could have been better (see Centre Shaft putter...) and no s****s (see Shanks...)

Played well all week then Saturday comes

Was battling myself all way round and ended up one outside buffer. Dont mind missing targets with shots etc but just silly sloppy shots really do my nut and thats what i kept doing! :angry:

Really enjoyable front 9 with 20 points, but started back 9 with 1 point on 10th and a blow out on the 11th. Managed to get it back together and even parred the last 4 holes!! :thup:

I watched our club championship final and its was good, the boy that one (his third time) says it means soooo much to win it. so enjoy it Karen woop woop:clap:

Monthly medal yesterday. Very hard with 30mph winds and thick rough. Started with triple and had two other doubles but shot net 73 (+3) and that was what CSS ended up at. Finished 4th in the division. Much improved performance
