So last time i played i was 26 years old playing off 3.
Big hitter, rubbish long irons , short game deserted me, putted like god. Having got a new back (literally) im taking it up again 20 yrs later. Jesus theres been some improvements. Having wandered round the range shop i spent the first 20 mins looking for shoes with spikes and the next 20 wondering why there is no 123 or 4 irons on the new iron sets !! Told ya id been missing.
Regardless. I bought some nice ping irons 5-pw a driver and a 3 wood. Having no 4 iron i thought id get a 4 hybrid apparently easy to hit and a quick fix to my rubbish long irons.
Enter x2 hot callaway 4h -First shot 215 low boring draw - wow ! Same for all shots.
So thinks I that still leaves me a big gap to fill distance wise between that and my irons. So I buy the 5h hybrid x2 hot.
ZING ! Just back and creaming it 195 - 205
So do I now buy the 6H ????
