you are reading bobs post and realising that this is exactly what you did yourself last night, and that you are doing it again this morning. Add to that the fact that you are increasingly narked off at the spell check on you web browser underlining realising (twice), because you haven't spelled it how the Yanks think its spelled and you have some serious procrastination.
