Me - No, I really dont want any stuff sent

Lad - Ok, can I have your phone number, name and address and post code

Me - Why do you want that?

Lad - Health and Safety

Me - what's Heatlth and Safety got to do with it

Lad - I'm not allowed to process the payment with those details

Me - but what is the Health and Safety issue

Lad - in case someone phones us while your on the course with a message

Me - but I've given you my home phone and when you ring me I wont be there

Lad - Silence with a bemused look!

if your at all worried, just give your neighbours address. in the event that a next of kin needs to be contacted, im sure police do it anyway, in which case they would knock your neighbours door and the neighbour would direct them accordingly.

Jeezo! I'm convinced health and safety policies are purely invented to create pointless government positions for snivelling little po-faced beurocratic sh1theads! Honestly, i'm sick to the back teeth of health and safety nonsense. We can't climb ladders in work now, 6 tread ladders mind, without a flamin risk assessment. We can't employ trainees without a week long induction and yet another assessment by some short sighted, George by Asda suited creep.

I wondered when it'd start affecting golf.

Good god i feel better now, i'm off to bang my head against a brick wall, once the H and S papers have been filled in of course
