How tall are you and what is the length of your driver

I am 5ft 4" and my driver is 45.75" which is standard

I was all over the place with the today, may be thinking about getting it shortened

I have always had, where possible, a shorter shaft in my driver, ideally around 44 inches. That shorter shaft give me more control. Have tried some divers with longer shafts that are meant to give more distance (eg Taylormade Burner) and spray them all over the place.

I am 5'5" and my G5 is a a mens standard length driver. I was watching a long driving competition for women on tv the other day and their length shafts were 47 and half inches long so I am not sure if shortening is a good move.

Probably Bobmac will have some sound advice for you.

I'm 6'2 and use a standard stiff shaft on the Ping G10 which i manage to whack 240+ yards quite often.

A whisker over 6 ft and use a stock 45 3/4 inch Stiff Prolaunch Red in my G10.

Could have used a plank of 4 x 2 today but normally it works well.

I'm 6' in my spikes.

I have three drivers ALL 45.00 inches exactly. My Ping G5 was 45.75, but I had it cut down.

I like them all

One has Aldila green 65g, one has Aldila orange 55g and the other Prolaunch Red.....can't decide which shaft is the best...

Cant beat a custom fitting. I was recently fitted at a Callaway Centre and ended up with the new Diablo 10 deg Stiff flex with a draw bias. Made a huge difference !

Used to be 6 2, probably now about 6 1, ground down by age and back issues. Driver shaft, long enough to reach the ball, no more, no less.

Yes, one of mine IS C/F....I have more than one to suit my current game (I use the 12 degree when the C/F 10 degree is not working!)

I'm giving some serious thought to visiting the Wilson Staff guys (for the "Smooth" driver) if I ever stop changing my swing!!!

That's why I got my Ping chopped, it almost went past the ball!!
