Does anyone know why Titleist don't make these?

Cant imagine they would be much more (if at all) expensive to produce.

every now and then when it's dull, I like teeing up in a medal with a yellow ball, and use the DT solo.

just wondering why the *no1* ball in golf doesn't come in yellow!!!!

I'm not wanting to take this off topic, but are the yellow balls a lot easier to see? Reason I ask is that I sometimes 'loose' the ball in the air when driving and wondered if the yellows actually do stand out more.

Srixon Z stars come in yellow and comparable with the Pro V
I disagree, ive been through a dozen zstars over the past few months and they feel like frozen pebbles with every club and no real feel around the greens.
Not a fan of yellow golf balls at all. When I was learning the game red and yellow meant winter frost golf and not associated at all with performance balls which is maybe why titleist are keeping away.

Fair enough in your opinion. I don't seem to have the same issues as you with them but wouldn't it be boring (and do nothing for my post count) if we all agreed on what does and doesn't work

The special cover that they put on the surface can't be coloured yellow. I'm sure they've offered that as a reason in the past.

'Can't' or too expensive? Surely in this day and age there aren't things that 'cant' be done?

anyways, I think this would be a goer if it was viable. I prefer to play a Titleist in medals, and have a spare Titleist of a different colour in my pocket in case of a provisional, in order to make things easier when the prov goes in the same direction as the original :).

get it sorted Titleist

Titliest have the DT solo as their "yellow" ball for use in the winter

I just bought 2 dozen yellow DT's today as back up for my ProV1....... I just wondered why we can't have a yellow version

I expect Titliest don't think there is much call for them - well enough call to make them financially viable

the NXT Tour can be got in yellow.

Wilson FG Tour, Srixon Z-Star are premium balls available in yellow. I do find the yellow Wilsons scuff up very easily. something nice when I see yellow bits of them stuck to my wedge because it usually means a good strike ;).

There's a very good reason why Titleist don't make yellow ProV1s...

!!! BECAUSE GOLF BALLS SHOULD BE WHITE AND ONLY WHITE !!!

:sbox:

i bought a job lot of Callway Hex Chrome in yellow. I'd prefer white but at 16 quid a doz for a top notch ball I cant complain.
