Ryder Cup Winner
Today was the medal of our spring meeting, a two day comp with stableford on Saturday and medal on Sunday. Off the back of last weeks form I was hopeful having shot 78 gross, six under my handicap but after reviewing yesterday's stableford scores this morning, I wasn't too sure as only three people come in over 36 points, with the winner being 39.,
79 blows later I've had confirmation of a nett 67, which has secured me the winner of the spring meeting medal and my name on the hours board, the 1.0 shot cut is just the icing on the cake,
We won't talk about the three silly three putts.... Including one on the 18th for a bogey (still gutted) but either way.... It's name on the board and a nice cut!
As an added bonus is card moved me from 21st in our eclectic to 4th...
