Talk about a long time coming!
My score last week including the 9 on the 16th still managed to get me cut 0.2 and ive still another card to be considered which was 6 under my handicap so at last the h/cap is starting to drop again. Roll on saturday.
So come on, if you are on your way back down after months/years of stagnating/rising handicaps pull up a chair and let us all know.

Had a lesson Wednesday and took it to the range last night. Got off to a shaky start but once I got into it the swing felt really good apart from the occasional big low hook (can live with it as I'm grooving the new moves).

I've been on here before saying this is the start of something better which has proved a false dawn so I'm reluctant to make any such statements and hopefully my golf will do the talking.

Got the club foursomes tomorrow so not an ideal testing ground but we'll see what happens on Sunday in the medal. I'll let you know if if it is Happy Happy Homer or "I'm going to Moes to get wasted" depending on the outcome

Glad your playing golf that is pleasing you mate and your handicap is coming down as a result. 5 Under your handicap- keep that up and you'll be down before you know it.

Brendy - good for you!
Have sadly recently gone up .1 (taking me up to next whole number)despite the fact I feel I'm hitting it better than before following a couple of lessons.
Here's hoping I can pull something off in next week's Stableford ...
Here's to the sound of falling handicaps everywhere
