Can anyone help please!

I have 2 Yahoo email addresses, one of which i can access no problem but the other i cant be certain of the password as ive often had to change it. When i use Yahoo 'forgotten password' it sends a code to my phone but it only gets me into my normal account although i put the correct one in to the original search.

Any ideas?

Mine has a recovery email address set up which messages are sent to for this very reason.
Did you have one set up on yours?

Weren't they hacked a while back, with quite a few accounts affected?
May be yours has been altered by other parties who shouldn't have been there.

I do that but it only takes me to the one account that i can get into

Hmm, sure it shows me the details of the other address, or does the other email show in your profile details? I can't remember. Sure I recovered an old email address years ago though.

It knows i have the email address but doesnt help me get into it

If you are using a laptop/desktop then it sounds like cookie trouble... if u use multiple emails from the same provider you have some options (in order of difficulty)
1) use different browsers for different a/cs... use IE of 1 and Chrome for the second.. keeps it simple and u can stay logged in on both accounts without any issue
2) If u use a browser like Chrome then create different profiles - esp if it is gmail related. you can switch profiles and do ur thing
3) Clear our your history and cookies and relog. You will end up losing details of other websites too, unless you know where to find the Yahoo cookie and delete it.
