On Sky one right now they are doing a run down of the best Xmas Films

So what's yours ?

Hard to see beyond that. The Snowman is still great

I agree with you Homer. Love the Snowman. I'm 31 and I still watch it every year and look forward to it. Can't wait to sit down and watch it with my son. Im not ashamed to admit that it still makes me shed a tear at the end.

The snowdog is also a great little film and the soundtrack by Andy Burrows is a must listen at this time of year.

Elf, The Grinch, Arthur Christmas. Two out of the three are guaranteed to bring tears which is why I always insist on watching them "cinema style" with the lights off.

Another nod here for Home Alone and Diehard, both can be watched easily again and again.
Of the more traditional films I like the musical film of Oliver, the one with Olly Reed and Harry Secombe in and those ace portayals of Fagan and the Artful Dodger.
