XBOX ONE or PS4

did you see the xbox one unveil?

its an all in one entertainment system and looks alright. not really looked at ps4 yet.

Don't know anything about the PS4 yet, the original launch details were quite sparse.

To be honest I'll wait to see what these can do before even starting to make any choices, even then I might just end up not bothering.
 
I liked some of the xbox ONE touches but not sure how they will work in the UK as very US orientated

PS4 on paper appears to be more games orientated so time will tell
 
Always had playstation so leaning in that camp to be honest. I don't want a does all box I want a games machine. I'm really looking forward to them as my ps3 has packed in again.
 
Spent some time looking into these today both have their merits as you'd expect and for years I've been pro Xbox over Playstation but no longer.

Both are not backwards compatible but that doesn't bother me, what does is currently Xbox one will be one game per console. What I mean by this is that current talking by Microsoft is if you buy a game then it can only be used on the first console its played on as the machine tags the disk to it, so if you bought say Assassins Creed 4 and completed but because your a nice guy you lend it to your mate to play well he can't play it because that disc is tagged to your Xbox One and will not play on his machine!

This means no more ability to buy pre-owned games or game sharing so much so you could have 2 machines in one house and have to buy the same game twice... For that reason Microsoft i'm out!

PS4 going forwards for me.

That would be a big major failing of Xbox given the demand for pre owned games and for kids trading games in to enable them to fund the buying of new releases.

My thinking exactly. Its a massive oversight and will turn many parents away from buying for there kids plus the fact the release states kinect camera is set to continually on so online concerns about that.

The game issue alone turns me off microsoft
 
XBOX without a doubt... I think LOL

Will have to see what they are up to closer to the release date. The XBOX has always been miles ahead of PS with graphics, exclusives ect ect

What is annoying is the fact GTA5 comes out on the old consoles a month before the new ones are released so I will have to keep my 360 to play it 😡
