X2 hot driver

Been offered a x2 hot driver that's in extremely good condition for 70 quid, stuck it through 30 balls this morning and seems quite nice, certainly makes a different noise to my g2. Am I getting a decent deal here? I'm a novice too so is it a good buy?

I'm all Pings G30's except for a Callaway X2 hot driver

Though I may try the Ping G Driver this year as I love my Ping fairway woods.

Got one a month ago.

The best thing since sliced bread and my old i25 driver.

Goes like the proverbial and stays much straighter than anything else I've hit recently (which is pretty much 20 different drivers.
