WTD: GoKart Battery

Before taking the plunge on a new £200 lithium battery, thought I'd see if anyone has a spare knocking about. Needs to do a full 18 holes, I never really do more than that in one day. Will consider non-lithium too.

It's a great battery. It took me a while to find one that would fit into the standard GoKart cradle and his works a treat.
I bought the 27 hole battery and very happy with it.

I have a lithium Litepower in my Gokart, a few adjustments were needed to get it fixed in the correct position.

I believe that it is just a matter of placing it in the you old holder job done or you can but a new holder from go Kart for £16

That's hell of a good for a lithium battery if it fits

Mine fitted no problems at all. The reason being it's shaped like a conventional battery so it was just a question of following the instructions on the GoKart website and I could put it straight into my old holder with no mods, adjustments, etc.

This looks like it could be the one - cheaper than a GoKart battery and lighter. How long have you had your one?

As my original post "Just brought one" I am waiting for it to turn up today as they do 24h delivery but this is not going to be used on a gokart it is for my 9yr old daughters powakaddy as I also brought the conversion lead.

Straight slot in, no mods and you get the charger as well. I've had mine for about a year now. I wouldn't go back to Lead Acid. So much lighter it's untrue.
