A&B v C&D.
C plays B's ball and it's noticed immediately when B identifies C's ball a few yards away.
Is it forfeit of hole for both C and D?

[h=3]30-3. Best-Ball and Four-Ball Match Play[/h][h=4]c. Wrong Ball[/h]If a player incurs the loss of hole penalty under Rule 15-3a for making a stroke at a wrong ball, he is disqualified for that hole, but his partner incurs no penalty even if the wrong ball belongs to him. If the wrong ball belongs to another player, its owner must place a ball on the spot from which the wrong ball was first played.

are there any situations where you could both lose the hole? But the offence was individual

(1) One of the partners had more than 15 clubs in his bag.
(2) One player employed two caddies at the same time.

You missed one

(3) Any Local Rule or Condition of Competition for which the penalty is an adjustment to the state of the match.
