I'm a huge NFL fan. The Viking v Seahawks game has just been played in -27degree Celsius temps. 3rd coldest game in history.

So, If the greens and course weren't frozen would you go out and play?

I'll start. No, not a chance

Wuss :D

I dont suffer the cold and have played in sub zero temps many times. Altough maybe not that sub......

Not that low no.
If there is a wind plus cold forget it, but no wind then I'd probably would but how low +2, zero, -3 I'm not sure, but if there's a mountain, cable car and snow.........that's another story.

Ice skated across Tarn Hows in the Lake District when it was -17*C. It was such a dry cold it didn't seem to bad.

If it was a guaranteed £10 from odvan then hell yeh :D

if it was against birchy then not a chance

I have played in light powdery snow before, it started to snow lightly on the 7th, my pp went in at 9 and I carried on, after 13 the ball started to pick up snow as it rolled on the green so I went in... I can't get it in when it's normal sized let alone rolled in snow to make it bigger 😂

Ive played in sub zero temps once or twice and it wasnt too much fun....although hitting a thinned drive and watching it bound down a rock hard frozen fairway is always a good laugh.......espacially when you turn round and see the look on your pp's face!

I'm with you, not a chance although that said I'd rather play and keep moving than just stand around in it watching.

I played on Saturday when it was minus 3, a nice change from soft water logged fairways. Wednesday's forecast is for minus 9 so I guess it'll be wooly jumper time.

My fridge freezer displays the temperature on the outside, the freezer is a constant -18. Humsns are not designed to be messing about in those kind of temperatures.
