Would this affect ss

Course is par 71,ss is 69 with length of 6152.

One of the par 4s is 451 of the whites, yellow tees are 30 yards farther forward than the whites.

Could the forward tee be used for the white tees without affecting the SS?

IMHO no as it's still a par 4 that will require two shots to reach the green.

If a 'temporary change' is between 100 and 300 yds change, the SSS should be adjusted by 1 shot - and Area Authority notified (likewise, when re-instated).
