Would I be cheating?

I did read it last time, but i.i.r.c. it was in relation to someone possibly deserving of a higher h'cap

* A number of, probably three or more, good playing performances in Non Qualifying competitions by a player who otherwise may not participate with any regularity in Qualifying Competitions. Examples of Non-Qualifying competitions may include Mixed Foursomes, Four-Ball Better Ball events, Corporate and Society days, at the discretion of each Union/Association. The specific examples, of acceptable Non-Qualifying events to be used, is left to each Unions/Associations to decide as they wish.

Note:- Society days included.

If this was to be followed to the letter (and I expect some sec's would be up for this to avoid banditry) maybe non-regular-qualifying-game players should take note.

I had a 78 off yellow just over 2 weeks ago, I felt sure it was a "qualifier" but it wasn't. So I need to adjust my sig.....damn.....

Thanks for the advice lads, I've handed it in so i'll wait and see if i get cut.

If i dont get and come in with 45pts+ in the stableford atleast I have some defence to those that call me a bandit.

I'll probly get cut then struggle to make 36pts but thats golf.

34pts playing off 11 definitely. Whilst I would like to win things my ultimate target is to get my handicap as low as possible.

Good man , well said , shame everyone doesnt feel this way as golf would be better for it.

Actually, the 34 off 11 is defo the way to go, as to get to 11, you have to be able to play better than 11, where as 40 off 17 is probably the best you are going to shoot.
