Worlebury golf pairs open

As most peoples golf opens have finished I thought I would have a scout around for
a late open.
The above club has a 4bbb pairs open on Thursday the 4th December.
£29 including Bacon bap and tea or coffee,plus entry to 2s pot,plus prizes,plus
meal after.
A great late deal I think.
Any takers.
Willing to organise 4 or 8.

I have played it before - it's ok , couple of silly holes - 18th is a bit daft , a lot of par 4s that can be driven. Greens were running well and you certainly have to keep it straight.

Sorry its took me so long to post to be honest my shoulders still have not recovered.

The course was in good nick the greens were very good and true for the time of year
and the amount of footfall.
We shot 40 and the winners were 49 with a lot of 40+ inbetween.
We played with a couple of locals who were in there 60s and they were good company.
To be honest Phil played well and I was poor which is not a great combo.
The course itself has a lot of short par4s however they are hard to get too as there are a few
bunkers around the greens.
We knew that we needed a lot of birdies to compete,however a very enjoyable end to the year.

Thanks for your view its always good to hear what others with more experience think of the course you play, and as you say some of the par 4s are a drive and pitch for a good player, still a challenge for me

It was a good day and if Pokerjoke is up for it will play again next year.

Because my parents live in the area now think will take my dad there for a round. Some really good views especially the 3rd tee - thankfully the mist was about so we couldnt see Wales
