Finally got my handicap cut!!!

1st joined ardglass last year handed my 3 cards in and was awarded 26.0, played 7 comps, went to 26.7, hcap secretary decided to put me up to 27.7 in last years ESR,, qualifying started this year, quickly put the .3 on to get to 28.0, so after hitting the range hard, and getting the feel for using my driver n 3 wood again, went out to Dunmurray for the weekly open, played like a doughnut but came of with 38 points, 0.8 cut!!

I have played 3 comps since then and have made the buffer each time!, so chuffed, as i had to play really well just to hit 30 points before!

Minor criticism - you went up to 27.7 by virtue of possibly AR (Annual Review) not ESR (Exceptional Scoring Reduction). Your plan must now be to really get an ESR.
