Looks like Tiger has signed a deal to play a Bridgestone ball for the next few years. Will we see a bit more bridgestone on our shelves now, are they still pulling out of the uk market?

they did pull out the uk market but are back next year through some other company. i forgot who

he must really like the ball as any financial payment from bridgestone comes off what nike pay him.
what an advertisement for bridgestone

Also interesting that it's a 5 year deal, hopefully his "comeback" will last this time and we have another contender in the mix at the big events.

I think in the US having Tigers name linked to a product means it sells whether he is playing or not. Maybe not for the rest of the world but he is still a big fish in the US. Good publicity for Bridgestone.

B330 RXS every bit as good as a Pro V or any other premium ball. There were some good deals around when they announced they were pulling out so got a couple of dozen. I think it's a good signing for both parties although not sure their clubs are necessarily that well known (certainly in the UK). Nit sure that'll change even with Woods signing

I knew a few months ago that Bridgestone wasn't going to be out of the U.K. market for long so I bought enough to tie me over. But also bought Vice Pro Plus and now I like both I have to make a decision which to stick with.

He's been playing with a Bridgestone ball for years apparently - happened to have a Swoosh on it.

I like tiger bit feared the worst or usual at last comp, pulling out poor show. But he performed. Was talking about it last week at course. These boys dont need the money i think its their competivness that compells them to continue. Glad he seems happy u canny beat a tiger smile

Nothing there to suggest irons, all about a ball only deal.

Personally love the Bridgestone balls, have played the 330 models since they were released in the UK, only switching away as they became more expensive and almost doubled in price from when they were released. If they're back on the shelves and pricing is competitive the I'll be happy to start playing them again.
