Woods and Scott

The only people making a big deal out of this are the press and the more they do the more Steve Williams will forget he's only there to carry the bag. It really is a non story and I hope they don't interview Williams afterwards.

I think they've done the right thing in getting the 'meeting' over with quickly. It's a shame this story is dominating, let's hope it fades away quickly if the media let it.

As pathetic as a soap opera. Following his dodgy comment Williams has got his tail between his legs. It will be match played, handshakes all round, end of.

What difference is this going to make on the telly??
When do you ever see opposing players / caddies chatting or exchanging pleasantries during a round normally anyway?? Never

As predicted, a complete Non-Story.
2 quick handshakes and a solid thrashing for Tiger.
Still can't really get excited by it.......

Woof, a dog licence.

Had anyone seen highlights? Did Woods chop it about or were Scot and Choi just inspired?

Bit of both.
The Yanks didn't make a birdie all day and didn't win a hole either. Scott and Choi played well though.
But was it Tiger putting Stricker in a dodgy position or could Tiger not convert chances...

Or were they both as bad as each other..!

This is telling...

"Woods and Stricker only hit four fairways and six greens on Thursday. Not to mention, the Americans were 1 of 3 in sand saves."

I do have sympathy, there is no worse feeling then standing on the tee knowing with almost 100% certainty that your ball will not end up on the fairway.

Would be interesting to find out who hit the fairways - my moneys not on El Tigre!

Saw one of the sand shots. Stricker just hit it too hard, it just rolled past the hole and into the opposite greenside bunker....
