deciding whether to carry or use my trolley (if the forecast is cack I will prob use trolley anyway for umbrella holder )

Hotchkins is 6400+ from the yellows. Bracken is a tad shorter. I carried both days without any hassle, I would say the courses were a gentle trek rather than a slog. Conservation prevents trolleys entering the heather, and there is plenty of that on the Hotchkins.

Also ample lockers in the changing room if you prefer to change when you arrive (answer to post on other thread).

You must be remembering Woodhall wrong. Its in lincolnshire which means its pretty flat. The dukes was like Everest in comparison.

But you're right, not an issue for carrying.

Well I will have the Motocaddy going even though I am a whippersnapper. I hate carrying with a passion, also my shoulder would not let me get round with a bag on my back....
