Had to withdraw from the midweek medal this week with a injured hand and couldnt grip the club, first time ever Ive pulled out. Found out today have damaged the tendons in my Ring and index finger on my left hand and now have to not play for two (Bloody 2 ) weeks to let them heal then ease back into it. How the hell do you ease back into golf.
Not going to be and easy 2 weeks. Mind you the open will be on the TV soon.

Take it easy as these are the type of injuries that can re-ocur and be easily aggravated if not taken care of. There's plenty of good golf on TV and the magazine to flick through plus the forum to keep you amused. Can you putt at all or is it too painful to even do that?

Bad luck Nev. Take it easy and don't rush back too early. The tendons should heal quite quickly.

Still, look on the bright side - it's only tendon damage. My mother always told me that it would make me go blind ... :o :o :D :D

i think you should count yourself lucky it wasnt in your knee. i did my ligaments and tendons in my knee which also turned out to be cartelidge damage. i was out for a total of 10 months and have only played football for the first time today.
