Been getting a few questions lately about the New handicapping guidelines that congu brought in for winter scores.
Apparently if I'm correct then your handicap is now active from the 1at of January to the 31at of December of the same year.
Does this mean that your handicap can be readjusted follwing scores you've posted on winter conditions.
Is it an end of season adjustment or is it supposed to be adjusted before the season starts.
I'm sure it's the same as most clubs but there are no qualifying competitions during winter rules in our club.
