We are just about to start out winter league where we play a 9 hole pairs better ball stableford, top 5 scores count out of 8 rounds.
Last year we played 75% of half handicap as it is 9 holes, this year we are proposing going to 90% of half which means most people get one extra shot and some of the higher handicappers will get 3 extra over 9 holes.
Any thoughts on the best approach to make it fair to all, don't want to favour the low handicappers or high handicappers.
