Winter Golf Format

Has anyone got any ideas for a different winter golf format? We currently play American Greensomes, Greensomes, Foursomes and the occasional Scramble. Looking for something different, but it has to be a relatively quick form of the game.

[h=4]Lagging[/h]After everyone gets on the green and regardless of the number of strokes, the player closest to the hole gets 3 points, the next player closest to the hole gets 2 points, the next player closest to the hole gets 1 point and the player farthest from the hole gets 0 points. Total the points for all eighteen holes and pay the winner.
