So Winter is apon use and for most that means the clubs are in the closet resting until the spring rolls around. But what if a nice lightweight jacket and your polo buttoned up. Would that make you more willing to play in the winter? Men? Women?

Best investment I made this year was a "WIndstopper" roundneck jumper (with a nice club logo on the chest). Have played in some awfully cold, windy weather lately with this, the waterproof troos and a woolly hat and been perfectly comfortable.

As the Russians say "There's never bad weather, just the wrong clothes" .........in Russian, obviously.

The new close fitting gear from "Canterbury" & Under Armour" is first class-made for athletes playing in cold conditions-light and warm but best of all not bulky therefore perfect for layering in cold weather.

I have the Under Armour Cold Gear and it is fan-f****n-tastic.

I sometimes wear it under my suit when I am working outside in this weather. I got mine for £29.99 but I have seen it for sale upto £39.99.

Well worth a punt if you ask me.

Seasonal Golfer, you sound like you want to sell us something....come on out with it!

I agree the cheeky git! first post and he wants to flog something
He could have at least posted a few times first, lured us all in with a little foreplay talking about the Cobra F-speed etc and then going for the kill.

Leave this post alone lads!!!!
Have a look at his e-mail address! Really starting to get hacked of by this now!

Just as a reminder to all...if you don't like a particular poster you can always go to their profile page and click on 'Ignore this user'. You'll never hear from them again!

I'm appy in my Callaway beanie hat, my Callaway winter mittens and my old faithful Proquip waterproofs. If it gets really cold I usually wear a roll neck jumper a polo on top and then a wool jumper. I prefer several thin layers rather than putting on a wind cheater or waterproof jacket. It just a personal thing but I find it less restrictive when I swing.

Happy golfing
Homer

Sorry if it seemed like i was selling a product. I usually have under amour on then a polo butted up and a wind jacket. It seems to be the best in the wind and cold.

TSG, I can't see a blatant link to any web site regarding winter wear so I am confident Atticus was NOT refering to you. We have had 4-5 guys on here whos first line in the thread reads like this:

Is your head all F****d up with negative swing thoughts? Look at my site and if you give me £35 per half hour session I will leave you NO FURTHER FORWARD.
