Does anybody make changes to their line up during winter with the wetter conditions? Personally I'm dropping the 3 wood and 4/5 irons and popping a 21 degree hybrid in as there is no run on the ball at my place, plus I'm not playing any comps so just keep it ticking over in the winter.

Probably change my hybrid for a 2 iron. The lower flight is useful off the tee on some holes when the wind gets up.

My macwets become a solid fixture as does the flask.

Regarding bag set up I don't change anything, more the way I play shots. The 58* may get used once a round, I could probably drop it and make shots with the 52*. I generally use my 17* hybrid a lot more than the 3w as I can adjust the flight to suit the wind and will generally use my 4i more than my 21* as the wind doesn't seem to play with the shot as much.

I find the 4i will hit soft greens and bite, where as the hybrid will either balloon into the wind or if it's a favouring wind often fly the green.

Changed over from my cart bag to titleist sta dry and carried for the first time yesterday.
think I will drop the 5 iron. And that's it.
Re carrying for the first time this winter, OK whilst carrying but when driving home my left knee was thrashing, I had not set my bag up correctly so needs lifting to sit on my back correctly. However have problems with left shoulder which felt like like its gonna "pop out " every time i lift it on my back.
Re the bag, yeah it looks a beauty, but whoever designed the head cover wants shooting. It's not right at all.

I will throw out my 60 degree lob wedge and add an extra hybrid or 5-wood. This is because I can stop my 55 degree wedge on soft wet greens, and I often need all the length I can get in Winter conditions. :)

Nope. The bag is perfect - just requires the herbert swinging the clubs to chose the right shot and hit it. Quite enjoy the winter months and the different shots is requires (longer carries, splash shots from the clag etc.) and always come out of it a bit wiser.

Only change is to hit "one more club".

I used to put a sticker over the number in each club, changing the 9 to a PW, the 8 to a 9 etc... Until someone pointed out a better, simpler way to hit one more club :)

I always change to a bladed putter for winter, either 8802 ram 600 or a ping zero 4. I find it stops you picking up bad habits when the greens are poor as you don't get away with anything.

Forgot to add I change from trolley to carry hence lose some weight as well, waterproof trousers and tops worn instead of carried so bag, clubs balls and tees only.
