I got dri tac lite wrap grips on my wedges and they feel very soft. They are only 25g in weight so bear that in mind, but you can get them in 50g weight.

Err .............. No idea as I've not played in the rain with them. But I'm sure they'll be fine?

Can only comment on the Winn grip I put on my putter a couple of years back - absolutely horrible when wet, felt very slimey, couldn't wait to change it.
