Another big Wison Staff fan here. Those new balls look great! Can’t wait to try some.
Quite funny how Wilson Staff make a big deal about Harrington playing the FG irons when he plays with the old PI5 that he used to win both the Opens. Also the Smooth driver, he hates it and uses a Titleist.

I swapped a Ping G10 driver for a Wilson Staff Smooth, worst decision i've ever made! Thinking of taking it back and part ex-ing it for something different.

Not a fan anymore. Had some with the fatshaft in and they didn't really make a difference. They did do a quality 8.5 inch diameter tour bag to carry them in though

Cant say iv had very much trouble with them. Iv used them since i started playing on and off about 2 years ago so i dont really know any different as i havent really tested many irons.....
As for drivers i had a Dd6+ and struggled with it and ended up changing for a G10 that went ok for a while till i tried the MacGregor MacTec NVG2 Draw i currently use and i wouldnt swap it for anything. Its longer by alot compared to the ping and it keeps me straight too.
I know its not got the Bling factor but i like it.
And the other factor is the Wilson Staff products are very reasonable over here in ireland for some strange reason?

I love my W/S kit, but I bought it more for the shaft than the heads, which are not as posh as some i.m.o.

I have 3 TW9 wedges 52/56/60 and i love them. They have a great feel to them and i get some spin when needed even on our range balls.

I've been playing with 2 fybrid clubs for around 7 or 8 months now and love them. Very high quality and they're very easy to hit. IF one broke, i'd replace it with exactly the same club.

I don't know what happened tbh! I went into American Golf in Kingston and decided that i wouldn't be swayed by hype/marketing on my club selection. I went in for irons and a driver. I hit 7-8 sets of irons and choose the ones which performed best for me not what the ads say. I went for the Nike VR Full Cavitys. I tried an MX-700, Wilson Smooth, Ping G15, some dead feeling Yonex thing and a Nike Str8-Fit somehow the Wilson felt the best so i went with it. Ever since i have not felt comfortable with it at all. I think my next selection will be made on an actual range rather than simulator.
