Does anyone know of any sites or retailers who have the Wilson Staff Smooth on sale. I'm sure I remember reading in a previous thread that someone had picked one up?

I'm looking for a regular flex, 10.5 degree.

Alternatively feel free to use this thread to suggest a club you feel may be better suited.

20 Handicap looking to get a long lasting driver to last me from mid to high handicap down to the lower numbers I strive to achieve!

I've got around £150 to spend (which obviuosly won't cover a smooth, but its bonus time soon!!!)

Don't go and try any with a pre-conceived idea of which one you want. Go to AG or wherever and try them all, in different lofts and flexes. Then you've got the means to make a choice.

I wanted to get the HT model of the "benny" to use in a half bag in the place of both 12 degree driver and 15 degree 3 wood.

Can't find one anywhere.....I'm I going to have to order one on the 'net???

Does anyone know why benny doesn't exist on the ben sayers website???

I want to know the shaft length and loft....I've tried the 10.5 in a net at AG and it was v.v.good!!

Please help.....I reckon they might be disappearing soon and ben sayers themselves are obviously giving up with this model.....anyone know the inside story???

Never go with pre-conceived ideas. many time I have hit lcubs and thought I won't like this because it is a brand x and it has been superb. I posted last week about hitting the Yonex nanospeed and thinking AG were trying to sell me a huge profit club (Yonex is a big AG profit winner) but I hit it really well.

To confuse matters further try the Cally big bertha 460 or the Hyper X as both are really cheap at AG

No inside knowledge on the benny, Homer?

I tried the 10.5 yesterday in AG whilst out shopping (for more screen-wash :)), I reckon the 13 (?) HT could be an ideal choice for a super-small bag of 5 clubs and putter, which is the way I want to go, partly because of my poorly shoulder.

According to the AG website, they've just sold (for now?) out of the 10.5

Can't deliver to my store (not available) so it's C-Card over the internet (ASAP) or that'll be that.

Oooohh, it's like being on countdown!
