Im finally getting round to trying out the Wilson DX range of balls. Many on here seem to give them the thumbs up but which one is the better ball and in reality is there any noticeable difference. I know i could read the marketing blurb about each ball but in reality is there any difference (considering im a 16 HC) that i will notice?

I finished off my nxt tours and headed off to AG to make the same choice out of Dx2 or 3. I went for the 2s in the end and have no complaints.
I used them today and the ball stopped plenty well enough.

The Dx2 is the harder ball of the two.

I use the Dx2 in the winter and the Dx3 in the summer.

We used the Dx3 today in the Foursomes Shield and we shot 74 (nett 65). We were off 9 and 8.

They're good balls.

Not tried the dx2 but the dx3 is a very good ball.

I got some fg tours the other week (the shop was out of dx3) and still think i prefer the dx3 to them if i'm honest.

The best ball, bar none that i've tried, to putt with is the dx3.

too many balls on the market tbh!!! at the price on average even if we all bought a sleeve of 3 of each to see what worked it would cost a mint!!!

AD333 are great btw :)

I just used my cup winnings to stock up on 2 doz FG tours plus 2 sleeves free. I love the ball and how much it spins, Im not the longest with irons with them but with the driver they match the longer hitters no problem. Hit one drive 283 yards into the wind today.

I have not tried the other balls as the FG tours caught my fancy within a few holes of using them!

I use the DX2 and I'm more than happy. They feel good off the putter, fly well off irons and woods (when I catch them right) and are not so expensive that you need a loan when stocking up! :)

I prefer the DX3 as it's softer. Both are good balls though. For some strange reason, I can't get on with AD333's.
