Good deal that. I managed to pick up 3 dozen DX3 Soft for less than £35 which I'm pretty happy about. Feel like a good ball too.

think I will nip to AG on friday and get 3 dozen, should last the rest of the season. is there a massive difference between the dx2 and dx3 baring in mind I am a hacker of the highest order

Dx2 would be the way to go gibbo, softer than nxt but not super spinny!, I'd pitch the dx3 in for mid teen cappers or lower

is the dx3 THAT good?! How does it compare to the FG Tour? I liked the FG Tour, but felt it lacked a bit of feel around some greens (though that could be me!!)

As a rule the fg tour is considered the premium ball, with the dx3 below it. Never heard anyone say they fg lacked feel

I use the dx3. I really like them. Good distance and they stop and spin a little too, all be it, not near as much as a pro v! The thing I like best about them is the feel off the putter....

cheers...I have Z-Stars at the minute, but shelling out £30+ a dozen is something I like to avoid! Didn't really get on with the AD333, so they are out. I don't know whether to head into the Titleist Velocity range, or try something else. I was even tempted to buy ladies balls, as for not a lot of money, the compression needed means that they should spin for fun!

I changed from the Ad333's to the wilsons mid last season and haven't looked back! they are a really good ball, long off the tee, less spin on off center drives so straighter too. They are no Pro v1 neither are the Dx3's so if spin is your main criteria then they are not for you but they putt really well.
I got 3 doz dx2's from AG Sunday, they'll last me the season easily.

I never got on with the ad333 until this year, this was only as I had ran out of my dx2's and had 2 dozen free ad333's from srixon. Anyone know when the offer is on until?
