Afternoon all,
Apologies if this has been discussed on here before, but following Tiger's various struggles this year it would seem that Tiger surpassing Jack's 18 Majors now seems somewhat less of a foregone conclusion than when he was picking them off at will.
He's now gone three Majorless seasons in a row, and even taking into account his off-course issues, there must be at least some doubt that his body can now last the pace and get it done.
So, tell us what you think, and then look out for a special 'star guest' debate on the question in our November issue

Nae chance! Before he went a bit mental I couldn't see anything other than him beating it but now.....
If he goes all of next year without a major I think he will chuck it.

I voted no but its not really a case of will his body last. Im sure if he led an easy enough life he could go out and shoot the scores he has done to win previously, I just think everyone else has caught up now and it isn't enough any more.

I agree, certain others have caught up and the aura is largely gone. But I think the body thing is the biggest stumbling block - knee three years ago, Achilles this year and quite probably other things to come given how hard he has been hitting the ball since he was knee-high to a grasshopper.

When we see the "new" Tiger return next year,it will be like
the second comming, bigger, stronger, and a whole lot better,
as bad as he's playing he's still the best player in the
world at this moment..

But he isnt, missing cuts etc. He has the potential to get right back up there but there are quite a few new faces, and some old, that want the No.1 spot. He has a fight on his hands and thats for a fact.

Absolute poppycock he is nowhere near the best player in the world at the minte. However he is the biggest draw primarily as you don't know where he is going to hit the ball.

Nurse...... He's out of bed again!!!

thats what I mean,he just whacks the ball anywhere, finds it
then starts it all again,a bit like Seve, the guys been that
overcoached,he asks his caddy what to do with the ball,

Doesn't make him the best player in the world though.
