If Alien life is found.

Do you think we are the only life form?

Although it probably wont be in my lifetime and many others but if Alien life is found will it be good or bad.

I do believe there is life out there but imo if found it will be bad,really don't know why I feel this way[too many films probably].

What are your thoughts and are you a star gazer?.

Have an open mind and have to believe somewhere out there life in some form exists. Whether we find it or not (especially in my life time) is hard to say, but look at what advances we've made, even in the last thirty years, you have to think as technology and science gets better we'll find something

I think in the whole scheme of things we are a microdot in the universe, there is bound to be other life, some way more advanced some less so, races will have died out as stars died and some will be forming, but the distances are so vast that the civilization will be long dead by the time they reach us, unless it's AI then maybe it may happen.
Probably a good thing if we discover it as well as then we can maybe not think our race/religion is the most important thing in the world and we can all get along.

We have had to use religion as a coping mechanism for all the unexplained...majority of the world still cling to this.

Maybe once AI becomes smart enough it can try to explain what existence is, or the AI won't be bothered and will just take over wiping us out.

Must be other higher life forms in the universe, millions of galaxies, billions of stars, bing bang means we've all had the same developmental time, same chemical elements as our solar system everywhere in universe so must be somewhere that has planets with correct heat/water/bacteria that can evolve (sorry Adam and Evers) into life forms over millions of years, like here on earth.
Distances is the key, unless wormholes or black holes exist and we can endure the intense gravity associated with them then we cant travel anywhere outside own solar system, nor can 'they' come here.
What I've always forund amusing is the Roswell/Area57 theories about crashed aliens - if a race/species has the techology to develop speed of light travel and the wherewithall to travel from wherever to get here why is it that they'd crash a spacecraft when they got here? Daft and it would be in USA of course too.
