Will I be inactivated?

I'm worried that I might be close to having an inactive handicap. I'm listed on the clubhouse sheets (there's no (i) against my name) but apparently "missing" from handicapmaster. Now, if they do it, I'm more than happy to turn up at a day's notice and play a game for a supplementary card, but people keep suggesting I might need to do 3 cards.
Does it run year to year on a specific date? or if I have some Q cards from last year would the year "start" from my last card.
The frustrating thing is that I have a bag full of cards, played home and away, and somewhere in the clubhouse, there might even be a record of my play in non-qualifying comps.

Could it really be 3? There must be loads of "other" cards from May-October last year recorded somewhere?

Ours runs from year to year based on the dates when the course is at full length. Did you submit 3 cards either competition or supplementary in the last 12 months of membership?

Yes, and....um....no.

3 cards in Qualifying comps, possibly not. 3 cards in social turn-ups and a supplementary (1) card, yes.

If you got 2 cards in qualifying comps and 1 supplementary then you will not be inactive.

Most clubs have already done this for the coming season so if you are not showing as inactive on the master list then you probably won't be.

I don't actually know the answer to how many comps I played in were qualifying....none since 1st December for sure. Perhaps if masterscoreboard hadn't cleared the entire lot from before November 2010 I could answer.
I'm on masterscoreboard without the (i) so I guess I'm safe.

I wonder why masterscoreboard only goes back so far?
