Will I be a lucky boy?

Just had a phone call from my Son In Law, "Do you fancy a free round at Goodwood Golf Course?" "Err, yes, thank you very much!"

Anybody played there and can give me the heads up as to what it's like?

And will I be what the title suggests??

There's 2 courses the 'downs' is a Braid design top 100 (77) so will be decent, if this is yours then yes I would say you are a lucky boy enjoy!

We use to have a club match vs Goodwood and I've played the Downs and the Parks. The former is a better course but that isn't to say the Parks is a pushover. I think they have chucked huge chunks of cash over the last few years upgrading everything and although it is bout 6 years since I was last selected to play the away game, they members that played it last year were raving about how god it was and they were on the Parks!

If it is the Downs it will be the first top 100 course that I've ever played!
