Why do some US GOLF fans constantly persist by shouting

"GET IN THE HOLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I have been an avid fan of golf for many years but having to listen Brainless wonders whom shout out after a certain players shots at every oppertunity.
I often wonder what the views of Pro's on the circuit about this and the views of those that write for the various Golf Magazines because i haven't seen this issue being brought up i get the feeling the issue is being brushed aside .

All for the sake of US/UK Relations ? but still you rarely hear that crap being shouted at UK televised Competitons because we that spend our money know how to behave and not make an arse of ourselfs by shouting cringworthy comments after every shot.

You can just about put up with it on par 3's, where it may actually 'get in the hole'. But these numptys are shouting on the par 4&5 tees.
Role on The Open, where a bit of decorum will ensue.

As i see it, many of the US pros actually like it. Often when they are interviewed they comment on how great the crowd were, they seem to feed off all the shouting and chanting. It must be really intimidating to be paired with Boo Weekly with the crowd all 'boo' ing regardless of how he's playing.

Few weeks back one shouted at Mickelson 'get in the water!'. Shocking, i'd have leathered him if I was near him, people like that should be nowhere near a golf course.

Can't condone the stupid shouts but you must go to the US and see for yourself just how backward some of them are. You would almost understand.

I'm saying nothing about it. I mentioned the very same a short time ago and got a right beasting for it.
Not anti American in any way, don't particularly like the shouting at competitions though.
