just bought a new driver at onlinegolf--they've got this new loyalty point thing. Noticed they're advertising double points but they've had some sort of technical screw-up and it showed quadruple.went back and added fairway. was ready for a fight wehn I called their customer service--you know these places try to squirm out. But they gave it to me anyway.--checked back and its still not fixed.
 
I've used this company...and t.b.h. I'm just ignoring all this points rubbish (as I do with supermarkets etc.).
They are good, but I don't know why they bother with all this stuff.
I ordered some things from my favourite pc components supplier and when (once) some things didn't arrive on time, they promised me free delivery (added to my account). Never got it, don't care.....
If it's a good price and you are happy to get free shipping or pay the price for a small order, be happy with it!!!

I can never get to grips with companies giving us stuff like points and so much off our next buying trip.
My question is why dont they just knock off the price to start with and stop trying to pretend they are giving us something. It's just like free child places on holiday shop windows, bollocks there is nothing free in this world, if there is I've yet to find it.
