wholesale golf 118

I think anything with 118 in the title is a scam.

Go down the local pro shop or golf shop and look at the trade ins section. Usually a good bargin there and mostly decent clubs too! Ive seen plenty of good g10s and callaways in ours.

This lot http://www.118golf.co.uk/ I've used before and they are legitimate and don't sell fakes. However be very careful. They will advertise everything as being in stock but in reality a lot of time they then have to order direct from the manufacturer and so delivery times can be erratic. I've had issues with stuff taking several weeks to arrive. They are based in Camberely just down the road and it took two weeks to get 10 miles and it was only after a lot of telephone tag that they admitted it hadn't been in stock. I made it very clear that had they been upfront I would have shopped elsewhere and to be honest haven't used them since

A scotty for 75.99 come on how many people are really going to fall for this scam

Got a link, I could only see a small saving of a few pounds on their scottys and Mizuno iron sets

There you go, read the comments that alone should be enough to put you off.

Thanks, I was viewing 118golf not warehouse118' I suppose that's what their trying to do, confuse and prosper.

I notice one Broken English comment on the sc putter was how long it was off the tee
I knew I was doing it wrong

Looking at some of the cheap golf club selling sites, i found one, the site escapes my now, but it was selling a Taylormade R11 driver for £161 that's over £100 cheaper than anywhere else.

When I looked at the small print, it said that for delivery the item would be marked as a gift. Companies normally do this to avoid paying duty on goods shipped into the country.

All well and good if the customs and excise don't cotton on, but if your parcel comes under scrutiny, your libel to pay the missing duty.

Which in some cases still means the item is cheaper, but in others it does not and also, more often than not delivery is 10 to 14 days.

Regards
Dave
