We got discussing this in the office - live or dead people are fine. Maximum of four guests.

Mine were Jim Bouton (late baseball pitcher and author), Pete Waterman (music guru), Bruce Springsteen and Al Michaels (American commentating legend). Pretty sure no-one else would have three of those :-)

Churchill, Mandela, Ghandi, De Gaul. I'd be disappointed if the arguments weren't interesting.

If it was sports people; Tom Watson, Billy Beaumont, Daley Thomson, Steve Highway.

Ooooh yeah, good shout! 😊

Although at my age I'd struggle with 1 never mind 4

It is supposed to be dinner, not afters. I am pretty sure most of the previous repliers do not want to end up in bed with their guests? Esp Churchill, and Henry viii, there wouldn't be much room.

Spoilsport

In that case I'll have David Attenborough, Seve, Michael Parkinson and Martin Luther King.
