Who struggled to get out of their lovely warm beds this morning after last nights finale to the Masters?

6 o'clock came far too early for me. Luckily I have 2 alarm clocks. The first was immediately switched off whilst the other beeped for some time before I attended to it. I almost turned back over but the missus elbowed me back to life!
Bloody hell! I've felt knackered all day. Tell you what though, I enjoyed the golf, even if the coverage was very mediocre!

First time for 20 years i have missed the final days coverage of the masters, if you remember it was shite last year also, dont know why the pros rave about playing the masters, with its 100 yard wide fairways and unfair greens, give me the brit open anyday.

I second that for the open.I think it's the american broadcasters spoiling the coverage of the tournament,to many ad breaks,to much tiger, while I know coverage is always going to be centered around the leaders and i enjoy watching them the same with woods,i do like to see the rest of the field aswell.

I also struggled out of the bed this morning, felt like pulling a sickie but i'm already doing that on thurday, having a round with my brother we very rarely get them in together these days,so that validates a sickie in my eyes.

knackered all day but still up, must be mental.

It was more of a struggle staying awake for the last hour of the masters, it was so painfully sloooow. no wonder the commentators talk such cr*p at times, they have such a long time to fill in.

and I still can't believe that those idiots were allowed to walk across the fairway (commentators didn't seem to notice) when Immelmann was about to play his second.

The coverage almost gave me a headache - It was like watching something on MTV at one point.
....and i know that soem people like to visualise their shot which can slow them down a little but it felt like Immelman was not only visualising the shot but his walk up to his next position and maybe the shot after that.

But all said and done , good luck to him.

Personally , not only did i stay up to watch till the end but i'm having a late one tonight.....zzzzzzz

Luckily am on spring break from work so had a lovely lay in till 11:00

The coverage did not help, it was awful, combined with the horrifically slow play it was hard to keep my eyes open at some points.

I hav monday tuesday and wednesday off, so after a nice lie in, it was a visit to A.G then to the range for my lesson. Still in bed now, playing later (16:00) and might just have a wander round gods golden acre's tommorow too. Enjoy work all!
