I think this year will belong to Manchester UTD , with a new manager and new signings i see them doing very well and once again getting into the Champions League , I know they have lost players but in VG they have a very good manager

arsenal, they have the best manager in the league. Unlimited spending now and all their players will stay fit due to their new coaches. So ugly bad luck and poor refereeing can stop them!

Man City or Chelsea for sure, Man UTD have a chance but I doubt Arsenal will challenge. Liverpool do not even come into my considerations.

City
Chelsea
Arsenal
United
Liverpool

Though Chelsea pos is dependent on Jose actually performing - something I actually have doubts about

Places 3,4,5 could definitely differ, though teams highly likely to be the same! CL would be a success for United this season. Suarez was such a bonus for Liverpool and his absence will expose weaknesses. Arsenal might even lose their 'consecutive qualification for CL' record; their performance against top teams was dire last year!

@Papas. I see no evidence that Wenger is the best footballing Manager in the league - and quite a bit to show that he isn't! Unlimited spending? How come? Supposedly, the money has always been there if he requires it!!

The bookies have it as:
Chelsea
City
utd
Arsenal
I'd probably put Arsenal above utd. Should be a cracking season.
Also rumours of Ronaldinho coming to the Premier league, hope it's true but can't see it personally.

My tongue was firmly on my cheek for that entire post in response to some of the ops postings on here. IMO Chelsea City arsenal pool UTD.
Top 2 dependant on costa.

1.City - the best squad in the country and a very good manager

2.Chelsea - lots of attacking options but think they will lack goals again

3.Liverpool - think we are getting a young exciting squad and will consolidate a CL place

4.Arsenal - will start well and then fade away again as the injuires hit

Utd/Spurs - Utd just dont have enough quality players to challenge

Sorry Harry! Now that's tongue severely in cheek! :D

It's amazing how helpful a Smiley or 2 can be!

Of course, had I remembered your allegiance, it would have been obvious!

Pesky smileys! I thought it could be construed as hostile if my sarcasm was too obvious. Turns out it wasn't clear enough! 😜

Southampton!

They are so confident that they are even going to field their youth team every week

City and Chelsea will be a cut above the rest I think.

Worry a little about Liverpool, would like to see them up there again but when you're trying to get to the next level their signings are somewhat underwhelming. Thus far, there is time left and they have money to spend.

United the same, think they need a few better quality players to get back into the top 4 than they currently have.

Sanchez is a great signing for Arsenal but they still miss a CM and CB I think.

Interested to see how Birchy (Pochetino's long lost son :) ) does at Tottenham, seemed to be a good manager.

Lukaku a good signing for Everton but £28m seems a bit steep, in the context of Lallana for £25m pretty good value though I guess!!
