Looks like I'm okay for both days now. So I'll be sending my cheque off on Monday. Providing there's space left!

Sent the Cheque last week for both days. Other half may be there but she is ther on the strict understanding that this is my big trip so if I want to spend the night drinking and talking golf then I will. Also means that I can have a few beers after the round on day 2 and get a lift home.

Its cool. We covered it on here ages ago - basically an op on my knackered pancreas so out for anything between3 weeks and 2 months depending on the type of surgery (keyhole v opening up) what they find etc.

Plenty of time to do some writing, practice my putting etc and see what happens. I'm gutted as I was really looking forward to it and had even got HID onside to come up and enjoy the Belfry while I was out playing (she didn't want to be stuck up there alone with nothing to do so my mum offered to pay for spa treatments etc)

I'm expecting a good clean fight from everyone and may the best forummer win

Just to correct you slightly though.

May the best golfer on the day win with a realistic h'cap.
