Ignoring skill and results, which professional golfer out there would you describe your game/physique/attitude etc?

Before he got to No 1 i used to say Luke Donald - i'm short, short brushed back hair, played (used to) Mizunos, didn't drive it far but played lots of boring pars.


Must be some better entertaining golfing "similes/metafors" amongst us ???

- own up for yourself or suggestions for others ?

Like him my game has gone to crap this year but its on the up....

Im always smiling and rarely let anything get me down...
The only thing that might differwould be my speed of play is probably faster...

Definitely Phil Mickelson. I'm long but wild off the tee and my best part of my game is my chipping. I also putt very similarly to him unfortunately, very streaky and missing lots of short ones, and I have my hands way forward at address like he does with the putter.

He was my favorite player as a kid and so I spent the entire time practicing the flop shot with the lob wedge, so now it's probably the best part of my game and now I always chip with the 60*.

Unfortunately my biggest similarities to him are probably my belly and my terrible golf fashion sense....

Think I might be most similar to Nick Dougherty in build, and playing ability (until last week). He missed 21 cuts in a row, I have gone up point one in my last 12 comps. He of course may not be concentrating fully at the momemt being married to the rather nice Di.

I wouldn't care less. Caddies can give yardage, so why not the line on putts? Probably the coolest bloke on the European tour!
